Alberto, our Italian Workaway visitor, is leaving us tomorrow so we took him to Wells for a last visit. This time we rowed over to our boat, Phoenix, which is moored on Sluice Creek. We ate a picnic on board and watched a Little Egret fishing off the marshes. Little Egrets have been breeding in Britain for about 25 years while the Great White Egret has only been breeding over here since 2012.
